These exercises kick so much butt that the first few days I started I had to take some breaks in between. Don’t get discouraged though, everyone was a beginner at some point! I’m currently on day Day 13 (I’m a day behind) of the Summer Transformer 30-day challenge and I can already tell how much tighter my core is from just 2 weeks ago. These exercises do not require too much space, so uou can do these exercises right in your living room. I got creative with my resources at home for weights, like I used an empty laundry detergent bottle filled with water for Day 11’s workout. So the excuse of not owning weights does not work here!
